Engineered Wood is highly recommended for India's climatic fluctuations. It is built in multi-layer structures cross-glued together under intense pressure, which prevents expansion and contraction when humidity rises. Solid wood is gorgeous but can expand slightly, demanding exact expansion joint setups.
SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) is 100% waterproof, heavy-duty, highly impact-resistant, non-slip, and acts as an acoustical barrier. Unlike cold, hard ceramic tiles, SPC is warm to touch, takes less than 24 hours to install over flat floors without messy cements, and provides a continuous modern luxury finish.
Absolutely. Before any plank is laid, our field supervisors test the subfloor surface level. If the floor is uneven, we advise on self-leveling compounds or plaster treatments, ensuring the final wood panels have zero shifting, zero bouncy spots, and remain completely solid underfoot.
For engineered and solid wood, simply mop using a damp (almost dry) microfibre mop and specialized floor wood cleaners. Avoid pouring standing water on the floor. For SPC composite flooring, standard light mopping works perfectly since the core is 100% waterproof.
Yes, all VNV products come with formal warranties. Depending on product ranges (such as AC5 laminates or engineered oak), warranties cover abrasion, stains, and structure variations for 10 to 25 years in residential settings. We also provide a complete warranty on our installations.
